Santa Barbara County has a program available to Santa Barbara County residents to apply for a $500 reimbursement per entity (not per well) for those complying with the GSA meter mandate. This program only applies to meters installed in response to the mandate, and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis until program funds are depleted.
